Right of Withdrawal

Cancellation Policy

Consumers have a right of withdrawal according to the following provisions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed:

You may cancel your contract within 14 days without giving reasons in text form (e.g., letter, email) or – if the goods are delivered to you before the expiry of the deadline – by returning the goods. The period begins after receipt of this notification in text form, but not before the goods have been received by the recipient.

Consequences of Cancellation

In the event of an effective cancellation, the services received by both parties must be returned. If you are unable to return the received goods in full or in part, or only in a deteriorated condition, you may be required to pay compensation. This does not apply if the deterioration of the goods is solely due to their inspection – as would have been possible for you in a retail store.

• Return Shipping Costs: You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

• DHL Return Label: For returns within Germany, we provide a DHL return label upon request. A fee of €6.00 will be deducted from your refund for the use of this label.

• International Returns: For returns from abroad, the buyer bears the applicable return shipping costs.

Obligations to reimburse payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The period begins for you when you send your notice of cancellation or the goods, and for us when we receive them.

General Information

1. Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. If possible, return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories.

2. Please do not return the goods "carriage forward" (unfree).

3. Please note that points 1-2 above are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of your right of withdrawal.
