Genesis Footwear’s goal is not only to produce the sneaker with the lowest carbon footprint, but also to think and act as responsibly as possible in every other aspect of our business. That is why we have launched our Genesis Footwear Recycle Programme. Every owner of a pair of Genesis shoes has the option to return them to us. In return, they receive a 30% discount code for our online shop. Depending on their condition, the returned shoes are either recycled or donated to people in need.

Here’s how it works

1. Please return the shoes to the following address: Huesken Distribution, Sandstr. 92, 45473 Mülheim an der Ruhr, Germany. Please note: We only accept shoes for which you have already paid the postage, as recycling shoes costs money, and we will send you a 30% discount voucher for our online shop as a thank you.
2. Please include a clearly visible note with your email address inside the parcel. We will send a 30% voucher code for our Genesis Footwear online shop to this email address. The voucher code will only be sent once we have received and unpacked the shoes.
3. The voucher code we send via email is valid for one year. It can only be redeemed in our online shop. You can enter the voucher code at the end of the checkout process. Once the voucher code has been entered, the final amount of your order will be reduced by 30%.
