General Terms and Conditions
1. Scope These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers via the online shop of Huesken Distribution GmbH & Co. KG (Sandstr. 92, 45473 Mülheim an der Ruhr, Germany).
2. Conclusion of Contract The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but a non-binding online catalog. By clicking the button "Place binding order," you submit a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart.
3. Prices and Shipping Costs The prices stated on the product pages include statutory VAT. Shipping within Germany is free of charge.
4. Payment Terms Payment can be made by prepayment, PayPal, Apple Pay, credit card, or Klarna. Processing is handled securely by our partner Mollie. If you choose prepayment, we will provide our bank details in the order confirmation and deliver the goods after receipt of payment. With Klarna, you can choose to pay by invoice (due within 14 days) or in instalments; exact terms are provided by Klarna directly.
5. Delivery Delivery within Germany is handled by DHL or DPD. Unless otherwise stated in the offer, the delivery time is approx. 2–5 working days.
6. Retention of Title The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
7. Right of Withdrawal Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Huesken Distribution GmbH & Co. KG, Sandstr. 92, 45473 Mülheim an der Ruhr, Germany) of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by post or email). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your statement before the withdrawal period expires. If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice, using the same means of payment used for the original transaction. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
